The property at 3836 Swift Ave. was bought by 3836 Swift Ave 1031, LLC.
The seller was the Provencher Family Charitable Remainder Trust.
The building has four two-bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom apartments of 825 square feet and three one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments or 525 square feet.
It also has four one-car garages.
