CoStar Group, a real estate data company, is relocating its San Diego offices to One La Jolla Center, a 15-story office tower owned by the Irvine Company in UTC.
CoStar has leased 45,700 square-feet of the 306,000-square-foot building, taking up the fourth and fifth floors.
Details on the terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The company also leases 115,000 square feet in Irvine from the Irvine Company at Spectrum Terrace.
CoStar will move into One La Jolla Center in the fall.
Designed by Pei Cobb Feed & Partners, One La Jolla Center was completed in 2015 and is 95% leased.
