A Chula Vista apartment complex has been sold for $20.6 million.
Mark I, LP bought the property at 520 Naples St., near Broadway in the western part of the city.
The seller was Veltman Holdings.
The complex has 52 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and 11 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
Jeff Rogoway of Prime Property represented the buyer.
Richard Annen represented the seller.
