A year-old Chula Vista apartment complex has been sold for $19.1 million in a transaction arranged by Berkadia.
C+C Flats, 288 Center St., was sold by Alliance Development Services, Inc. to 13 East 47th Street Corp.
The four-story, 33,190-square-foot building has 43 apartments.
The sale was brokered by Ed Rosen and John Chu, managing directors of Berkadia, and Tyler Sinks, senior director of Berkadia.
“The sale of C+C is another example that multifamily properties remain in high demand, despite recent market volatility,” Sinks said.
