A Carlsbad industrial building has been sold for nearly $11.8 million.
AA U-Stor-M of Upland, LLC bought the 32,000-square-foot building at 2070 Las Palmas Drive from Anya Holdings.
The buyer was represented by Andrey Mindirgasov and Christopher Sith of Colliers and Peter Hauser of Northmarq.
The seller was represented by Mike Erwin, Tucker Hohenstein, and Hank Jenkins of Colliers and James Renner of Inland Pacific.
The building has about 12,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.
