 An El Cerrito apartment building has been sold for $3.1 million.
WSC Investment Partners, LLC bought the building at 4526-28 56th St.
The seller was the Schmidt Family Trust.
The building has 11 apartments – one three-bedroom apartment of about 1,000 square feet, three two-bedroom apartments of about 800 square feet, and seven one-bedroom apartments of about 600 square feet.
The buyer was represented by Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc.
