An El Cajon Starbucks café and drive-through has been sold for nearly $3.9 million.
Second & Peach Partners, LLC sold the property at 850 N. 2nd St, to Zia Hashemi.
The sale was brokered by Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko, executive vice presidents of Hanley Investment Group.
The 1,700 square-foot building is on a 0.36-acre site.
“This particular Starbucks development benefitted from a new prototype including a new walk-up window on the exterior of the building in addition to the traditional café and drive-thru format,” Asher said.
