Six buildings that make up the East County Commerce Center in El Cajon have been sold for nearly $17.8 million.
With a total of 97,262 square feet, the Commerce Center was sold by Almansor Properties, LP of Pasadena to Performance Wealth Investments II, LLC of San Diego.
Mark McEwen, Marc Pothumus, and Kurtis Blanchard of Colliers International represented the seller.
Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors represented the buyer.
The six buildings are on a 6.3-acre site at 208, 202, 206, and 204 Greenfield Drive and 1308 N. Magnolia Ave.
