A Carlsbad retail center has been sold for nearly $7.4 million.
The 13,000 square-foot center at 2805-2855 Roosevelt St. and 570-596 Grand Ave. in Carlsbad Village was acquired by The Caine Group, Inc.
The seller was Benchmark Pacific Ltd. II.
Tenants include Super B’s Donuts, Don’s Grocery Kitchen, Carlsbad Danish Bakery, Flashbacks, Salon 580, #surfboadbroker, AA Trophies, and Wesco Pet Supply.
Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors represented Benchmark Pacific.
