Bay Ho Shopping Center has been sold for $3.9 million.
The 14,592 square-foot shopping center, 4011-4033 Avati Drive, was sold by Zealot & Company Limited, a Hong Kong corporation.
The buyer was Bay Ho Avati Group, LLC.Nick Totah, first vice president of investments of Marcus & Millichap, and Ross Sanchez, investment associate, represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by Mike Aon of Realty Executives Dillion.
Built in 1970 on a 1.3-acre site, the shopping center was 71.4% leased at the time of sale.
