The 20,282 square-foot, two-story building at 910 Sycamore Ave. was acquired by IRA Capital.
The seller was MGNC Properties.
Peter Curry, Mark Avilla, and Bob Cowan with Cushman & Wakefield represented MGNC Properties.
IRA Capital represented itself.
The building is leased to UCSD Health.
