San Diego Business Journal A Rancho Bernardo office building has been acquired for an undisclosed price by Innovatus Capital Partners of New York with LPC West retained for property management.
Built in 2007, The Pinnacle, 10920 Via Frontera, was recently renovated.

With 110,128 square feet of rentable space, the building was fully leased at the time of sale. It has 22,000 square-foot floor plates and is Energy Star certified.
