Rancho Santa Fe developer Tim Foley has sold a block of mixed-use commercial buildings in Hillcrest for nearly $15.3 million.
The sale of Hillcrest Plaza included three buildings totaling 30,951 square feet.
The buildings are at 1202 University Ave., 1220-1228 University Ave., and 1 235-1237 Cleveland Ave.
The buyer was Hillcrest Place, LLC of Texas.
The buildings were fully leased at the time of sale.
Tenants include Mattress Firm, Gossip Grill, and Uptown Tavern.
Hillcrest Plaza is adjacent to The Hub, a 150,000 square-foot shopping center, owned and operated by Regency Centers.
Nick Totah, first vice president of investments, and Ross Sanchez investment associate, for The Totah Group in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown San Diego office, represented the buyer and seller.
