Westcore, a real estate investment firm based in UTC, has acquired a Texas industrial park for an undisclosed price.
Comprised of four buildings totaling 210,000 square feet, Cedar Port Park in Baytown was sold by NIT Industrial.
The newly developed Cedar Port Park is part of 20,000-acre Cedar Port Industrial Park.

NIT Industrial and Westcore represented themselves in the transaction.

“We are thrilled with the acquisition of Cedar Port Park and its location within one of the nation’s largest business parks,” said Westcore Managing Director Peter Mette. “We acquired this modern, state-of-the-art property on an attractive basis and see great momentum in this submarket.”
