Carlsbad Company Renews Lease

 

L3 Harris Technologies, Inc., an aerospace and defense technology company, has renewed its lease on a 46,000 square-foot office and research/development building in Carlsbad. 

The company signed a seven-year lease on the building at 5957 Landau Court with Modiv, Inc., a real estate investment trust based in Newport Beach. 

Randall Wood and Shawn Lorentzen of JLL in San Diego represented L3 Harris Technologies.  

Modiv represented itself.
