 Stos Partners based in Encinitas has sold a San Marcos cold storage building that it bought a year ago for a profit of more than $20 million.
The company bought the 113,500 square-foot building at 505 S. Pacific St. in April 2020 for $18.9 million and sold it for $42.2 million.
The buyer was not disclosed.
After renovating the building, Stos Partners leased it to Stone Brewing before selling it.

The San Diego industrial market is outperforming many others in the nation, posting its highest net absorption since 2018 in Q1 (first quarter) of 2021,” said, Jay Boyle, executive vice president of Stos Partners.
