Pathfinder Partners Sells Colorado Complex

 

Pathfinder Partners based in UTC has sold a Colorado apartment complex for $29.5 million.

The Harrison Apartments in Aurora at 12000 East Kansas Drive has 119 apartments in a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.

The project was remodeled after Pathfinder Partners bought it.

Renovations included a perimeter fence with controlled-access gates, a dog park and an outdoor game area.

Andy Hellman and Justin Hunt of CBRE’s Denver office brokered the transaction.
