A Vista warehouse building has been sold to a New York-based investment firm.

Westcore based in La Jolla sold Visa Commerce Park, 2620 Commerce Way, to KKR for an undisclosed price.

The 197,000 square-foot building has 14 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, and 27-foot clear height.

It was fully leased at the time of sale to a healthcare diagnostic testing company.

“We are pleased grow our industrial real estate footprint in Southern California with the purchase of this well-located and fully leased industrial distribution property,” said Ben Brudney, a director in the real estate group at KKR.

CBRE represented Westcore.

KKR acquired Vista Commerce through its KKR Real Estate Partners Americas III fund.
