Last April, the 22nd District Agricultural Association, the agency which manages and operates the Del Mar Fairgrounds, canceled the “2020 San Diego County Fair.” This year, albeit limited capacity and not enough lead time to plan a full-fledged event once the county entered the red and then the orange tier, organizers decided to give San Diegans a little taste of what they’ve been missing. ...
