Stos Partners based in Encinitas has sold a Miramar industrial building for $7.5 million.
The buyer of the 27,500 square-foot building at 8330 Arjons Drive was not disclosed.
Stos acquired the property in partnership with Long Wharf Capital based in Boston in July 2019 for $4.2 million and renovated it, adding new landscaping, a new parking lot, a new roof, exterior building paint an office interior improvements.
The deal was brokered by Bryce Aberg, Brant Aberg and Brooks Campbell of Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of Stos Partners.
