Luna Grill has named Michelle Goncalves as its culinary vice president. Most recently, Goncalves worked at Qdoba Mexican Eats in marketing and innovation.

"Michelle's incredible breadth of experience in product development, team leadership and multi-location rollouts will play a key role in our future."

Prior to Qdoba, Goncalves served 17 years at Taco Bell, and before that, at Jenny Craig, Carls Jr. and Jack in the Box. She received her bachelor’s degree in foods and Nutrition from California Polytechnic University and is an accredited pastry chef.

Founded in 2004, Luna Grill is a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain with 50 locations in Southern California and the Dallas Fort Worth area.
