Two South Bay industrial buildings have been sold for a combined price of $3.6 million.
Neither the seller nor the buyer was disclosed.
The buildings at 7025 Manya Circle and 170 Hollister St. are leased to Caliber Collision.
Built in 1982, the buildings were recently renovated and run largely on solar power that was installed in 2016.
The seller was represented by Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher, executive vice presidents of Hanley Investment Group.
The buyer was represented by Joe Miller of CBRE in Newport Beach.
