Two Escondido industrial buildings have been sold for a combined price of $3.2 million.
The buildings at 2222 Myers Ave and 670 Opper St. were sold by 1340 Cuson Co.
The 5,500 square-foot building on Myers Avenue was acquired by Horizon Lighting, Inc.
The 10,025 square-foot building on Opper Street was bought by Chris and Leah Christianson.
Connor Boyle, Tucker Honenstein and Tyler Stemley of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller in both transactions.
Jeff Gahagan of Lee & Associates represented Horizon Lighting.
Michael Golden and Trent France represented Chris and Leah Christianson.
“Both buildings are centrally located in a prime area of North San Diego County with easy access to Interstate 15 and Highway 78,” Boyle said. “With one of the most diversified economies in the region, Escondido is a highly desirable destination for office and industrial tenants and buyers alike.”
