An Encinitas-based real estate investment firm has acquired a multi-tenant industrial project in Escondido for nearly $8.3 million.
Providence Capital Group bought the 40,968 square-foot project at 2750 Auto Park Way from MCA Realty based in Orange County.
Tucker Hohenstein, Michael Kendall and Connor Boyle with Colliers International represented MCA Realty.
Evan McDonald of Colliers International represented Providence Capital Group.
MCA Realty acquired the property in November 2018 for $5.9 million and renovated the interior and exterior.
The property has 13 suites in two buildings.
