Westcore based in La Jolla has acquired a Vista industrial building for $26.4 million.
The company bought the 184,541 square-foot building at 2620 Commerce Way from Everwest Real Estate Investors based in Denver.
The building has 14 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, 27-foot clear height and a two-story corporate entry.
Westcore plans to renovate some of the office space into warehouse space.
Darla Longo and Rebecca Perlmutter of CBRE represented Everwest.
Westcore represented itself.
“San Diego’s North County has limited options for tenants wanting 75,000 to 200,000 square feet of industrial space,” said Hack Adams, Westcore managing director.
“With the corporate image and discount to the higher priced markets of central San Diego, I-5 corridor and Carlsbad, this property, called Vista Commerce, will fill a void for a corporate user looking for functional yet affordable priced industrial space.”
Roger Carlson and Blake Wilson of CBRE are in charge of leasing the building.
