A Sorrento Mesa office building has been sold for $6.9 million.

Westpac Wealth Partners based in San Diego bought the 32,800 square-foot building at 5280 Carroll Canyon Road from a joint venture of Harbor Associates and RMA.

Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Bryan Johnson, Dick Balestri, and Ryan Egli of CBRE represented the seller.

The buyer was represented by Marko Dragovic at Lee and Associates.

Built in 1980, the three-story building is on a 1.9-acre lot and has 121 parking spaces.
