A pair of San Diego investors acquired a North Carolina building leased to CVS Pharmacy.

Wayne and Jan Loftus of Black Mountain, LLC bought the 10,213 square-foot Black Mountain building for nearly $3.5 million.

The seller was WEC 99J-32, LLC

Built in 1999 at 425 West State St., the building has about 20 years left on a long-term lease to CVS.

Jon Busse of Colliers International San Diego Region represented the buyers.

Matt Berres of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller.
