Grain & Grit Collective, a San Diego-based hospitality team behind the likes of Not Not Tacos and the Little Italy Food Hall, has teamed up with the Padres so that its Carnitas Snack Shack Embarcadero can be its game-viewing destination.

Carnitas will include 5ft x 8 ft LED mega screens on its outdoor patio alongside the Embarcadero waterfront, which will air all home and away games. Fan favorite ballpark eats will be grilled al fresco, local breweries will host pop-ups and t-shirt canons and hawkers will add to the experience.

In addition to the outdoor bar and grill, guests can grab food from the regular Carnitas menu, including Triple Threat Sandwich and the all new burrito box.

Social distancing and face masks will be mandatory.

Carnitas’ Snack Shack Embarcadero opened in 2016 and is sister restaurant to Carnitas’ Snack Shack in Petco Park. Grain & Grit Collective was established in 2018 and also owns Graze and Broken Yolk Café in Costa Mesa and Orange.
