An El Cajon industrial site that includes two fully leased buildings has been sold for $3.4 million.
Neither the seller nor the buyer of the property at 856-898 Gable Way and 808 Gable Way was disclosed.
Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo and Gary Stache of CBRE represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by James Renner of Inland Pacific Commercial.
The property is comprised of a 17,000 square-foot building at 856-898 Gable Way and a 10,800 square-foot building at 808 Gable Way.
The larger, multi-tenant building has eight suites that average 2,100 square-feet.
The smaller, single-tenant building has a large yard and is leased to a recycling liquidator. The property has 38 parking stalls.
