Stos Partners based in Encinitas has acquired a Temecula industrial building for $28.9 million.
“This was an opportunity to acquire a well-located, off-market, institutional quality asset in a submarket that is positioned for long-term growth,” said CJ Stos, principal of Stos Partners.
“Temecula has undergone a rapid expansion over the last several years as companies continue to relocate from other Southern California markets, driving strong demand to the property,” Stos said.
The 228,912 square-foot building at 42301 Zevo Drive was fully occupied at the time of sale.
Scott Stewart of Lee & Associates represented Stos Partners.
Alisa Lovas of Lee & Associates represented the seller, who was not disclosed.
