Poway Commercial Building Sold For $2.5M

A Poway commercial building has been sold for $2.5 million.

The 3,510 square-foot building at 12947 Poway Road was acquired by FRH Realty.

The sale included 69 acres of land.

The seller was not disclosed.

The building is leased to Big O’ Tires.
