Lakeside Apartment Complex Sold For $12.5M

A Lakeside apartment complex has been sold for $12.5 million.
Silvercrest Apartments, 9644-9658 Winter Gardens Blvd. was sold by Golden Silvercrest, LLC of Orange County to Northstar Homes of San Diego.
Built in 1998, the 53,357 square-foot complex has 60 apartments ranging from 585 square feet to 1,020 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
Jarrett Smith of SVN Vanguard represented the buyer.
Vincent and Darren Diau of Grand Realty & Investment represented the seller.
Financing was arranged through First Republic Bank.
