The firm provides management consulting and diversity and inclusion training for corporations and universities. His clients include Toyota, Honda, Qualcomm, Sempra Energy, Solar Turbines, Harvard University, University of San Diego and others. He is a frequent speaker, locally and nationally. He previously served on the board of LEAD San Diego and Teach For America. Jones also serves as president of the Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce.
