Vista Vacant Land Sold For $2.1M

A 2.4-acre plot of a vacant land in Vista has been sold for about $2.1 million.

The property at 915-949 Sycamore Ave. is just south of Watson Way on the west side of Sycamore Avenue.

The site is part of a larger residential subdivision that has been approved for 57 single-family lots.

The buyer was Meritage Homes.

The seller was Matterhorn Developments LLC and SoCal Real Estate & Investments LLC.
