A Casa de Oro apartment building has been sold for $3.5 million.
The 12,598 square foot building was sold to Robert P. Fraas.
The seller was Dale Point Partners.
Built in 1980, the building has 16 apartments.
There are eight two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments averaging 920 square feet and eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments averaging 615 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate listing service.
The project includes 15 garages.
Representing the seller from Pacific Coast Commercial were Bill Fliflet, a broker associate of investment sales and leasing, and Mack Langston, director of multifamily and investment sales.
The buyer was represented by Elizabeth Martin of Sunset Pacific Realty, Inc.
