Oceanside Retail Building Changes Hands in $11M Deal

An Oceanside retail building that is anchored by T.J. Maxx and Goodwill Industries of San Diego has been sold for $11 million.
The 42,646 square-foot Tri-City Crossroads building at 3817 Plaza Drive was bought and sold by private investors who were not identified by Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale.
Marketing the property for the seller were Bill Rose, Rick Puttkammer and Matt Hardy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office.
The buyer was represented by Teo Vacev, an investment specialist in the firm’s Palo Alto office.
