Fresno County RV Park Sold to San Diego Co. For $3.2M

A San Diego company has acquired a recreational vehicle (RV) park in Fresno County for about $3.2 million.

The 100-acre park in Kingsburg south of Fresno was acquired by Kings River RV Resort LLC.

The seller was Kasonno LLC of Huntington Beach.

John Grant of Park Brokerage Inc. in San Diego represented the buyer.

Representing the seller was Nicole Astorga of SVN Vanguard Commercial Real Estate Advisors in San Diego.

The RV park at 39700 Road 28 has 95 hookup sites and five tent sites on 22.7 acres along the Kings River.

Amenities include a clubhouse with a full-size kitchen, fitness center, sauna, boat launch, two freestanding restrooms with showers and 85 RV/boat storage spaces which are partly covered by a solar panel array.
