A San Marcos industrial building has been sold for $3.9 million.
The 18,452 square-foot building at 307 E. Carmel St. was acquired by 307 E Carmel, LLC.
The seller was James 2002 Revocable Trust.
Built in 2003, 30 percent of the structure is showroom space, 30 percent office and 40 percent warehouse with freeway frontage on Highway 78.
The building was formerly occupied by SoCal Piano and later leased to Chefs Toys, LLC.
Representing the buyer were Mark Dragovic and Isaac Little of Lee & Associates North County and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates Newport Beach.
The seller was represented by Vic Gausepohl, Kirk Allison and Joe McDermott of Colliers International.
“This property was appealing to our client because of its irreplaceable freeway visible location combined with its unique hybrid industrial/retail features,” Dragovic said.
