Pico Rivera Popeye's
A San Diego commercial real estate firm brokered the $3 million sale of a Pico Rivera restaurant.
Lee & Associates-North County arranged the sale of a new 2,423 square-foot Popeye’s restaurant that includes a drive-through at 9211 Telegraph Road.
The seller was NLA Pico Rivera, LLC.
The buyers were Kwon Jae Park and Hea AnPark.
Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Barr & Bennett Net Leased Investments, a team within Lea & Associates-North County, represented both parties in the transaction.
