GBOD Hospitality Group, the team behind Mezé Greek Fusion, Havana 1920, El Chingon, Prohibition Liquor Bar, Monkey King and Mezé at Liberty Station, presented It’s All About The Kids foundation with a check for $17,500 at its holiday party for kids at the Feed The Kids Food Pantry. GBOD Hospitality Group’s Raymond and Patrick Davoudi and Rodney Daylamy also supported the event by serving more than 700 guests approximately 1,300 tacos and churros from El Chingon, among other donated items.

Since 2004, It’s All About The Kids foundation has provided food, toys, educational materials and life skills education to more than 16,000 children in San Diego and Baja Mexico. The organization’s We Feed The Kids! program bridges the weekend food insecurity gap for children in impoverished neighborhoods. The Feed The Kids Food Pantry in Barrio Logan serves an average of 5,000 meals per week. Visit itsallaboutthekids.org.
