A Mission Valley office building has been sold for $3.9 million.
CNP San Diego Properties, LLC bought the 21,980 square-foot building at 2555 Camino Del Rio South from HICOM Properties, LLC.
Tommas Golia and Jason Vieira of Pacific Coast Commercial represented HICOM Properties.
Jim Taylor and Greg Neville of SVN Asset Advisory Group represented CNP San Diego Properties.
Built in 1974, the two-story building was fully leased at the time of the sale.
“The unique stabilized investment opportunity generated multiple offers and ended up selling above the asking price,” Golia said. “Investors were drawn to its ability to capitalize on Mission Valley’s development pipeline and growing tenant pool.”
