Westcore Properties based in San Diego has acquired seven industrial buildings in Azusa for $8.8 million.
The buildings have 47,000 square feet of space on a nearly 4.4-acre site at 555 West Danlee St.
The seller was Heppner Hardwoods, Inc. which had developed the site for its own use in 1984.
Scott Heaton and Riley Heaton of Colliers International represented Heppner Hardwoods. Westcore Properties represented itself.
“We are excited about this investment, as it is a well located, central in-fill site in a land constrained, 1.4 percent vacant industrial market,” said Mike Metzger, director of acquisitions at Westcore Properties. “The property has strong leasing prospects in its current condition and offers an option for future development.”
