A Carlsbad shopping center has been sold for $57.6 million.
The Beacon La Costa, 7710-7770 El Camino Real, was acquired by Asana Partners based in North Carolina.
The seller was a joint venture of Centennial Real Estate, Angelo Gordon and Company and Linwood Ventures.
The 123,000 square-foot center is anchored by Equinox fitness center.
Geoff Tranchina and Jose Carrazana of JLL represented Asana Partners in the transaction.
“This was an opportunity for Asana Partners to acquire a unique neighborhood center in an affluent trade area with pent-up demand for specialty retailers and unique-to-market restaurant operators, Tranchina said. “There continues to be investor interest in high quality retail centers located in top tier, demographically-drive markets.”
According to JLL, the median family income of households within a three-mile radius of The Beacon La Costa is $163,000.
