QDOBA Mexican Eats is expanding its offerings. According to the company, the San Diego-based Mexican fast-casual chain is now adding a smoked brisket keto bowl, a grilled fajita vegan bowl and a chicken protein bowl. This follows QDOBA’s recent introduction of the Impossible plant-based protein.

“Our culinary team developed these bowls to adhere to dietary guidelines, while still delivering a memorable flavor experience,” said Jill Adams, QDOBA’s vice president of marketing, via a statement. “These new creations make it easy for QDOBA guests that are keto, vegan or just looking to eat more protein to come in and order a tasty meal that still fits in their lifestyle.”

QDOBA Mexican Eats has more than 700 restaurants located across the United States and in Canada. In 2019, it was voted the “Best Fast Casual Restaurant” as part of the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
