San Diego Firm Brokers Sacramento Deal

ACI Apartments of San Diego brokered the $4 million sale of a Sacramento apartment complex.

The complex at 6304 Lemon Hill Ave. has 40 apartments in 10 buildings totaling 32,000 square-feet.

Built in 1965, the complex includes a large courtyard, laundry room, barbecue area, a security gate and 42 parking spaces.

The sellers were Leonard and Alta Gray.

The buyer was Mina Resaei.

Doug Taber of ACI Apartments represented the sellers.

The buyer was self-represented.
