A Bankers Hill apartment building has been sold for $4.9 million.
The 21-unit complex at 2311 4th Ave. was sold by the Rubie family of Laguna Niguel to the Potter family of Carlsbad.
Constructed in 1929, the 11,880 square-foot building was renovated in 2017 and includes 18 studio apartments and three one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The apartments average 544 square feet, according to CoStar, a property listing service.
The seller was represented by Dylan E. Wright and Chris J. Robinson of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
The buyer was represented by Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial.
