A $149 million loan to refinance Genesis Campus Point in the UTC submarket was arranged by HFF of San Diego.
HFF secured the 48-month loan on behalf of Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc.
The three-building life science campus has a total of 314,135 square feet of space at 4224 and 4242 Campus Point Court and 10210 Campus Point Drive.
Tenants include Poseida Therapeutics, MabPlex USA, Heron Therapeutics, Celgene, BioLabs San Diego, LLC, and AveXis, Inc.
The HFF team that represented the borrower included managing directors Tim Wright and Todd Sugimoto and Olga Walsh, a senior associate.
