Alpha Brothers LLC of Capitola has acquired a retail building in Rancho San Diego, recently leased to beverage retailer BevMo on a 10-year term, for approximately $4.82 million, according to brokerage firm Retail Insite.

The seller of the East County building, spanning 6,200 square feet at 3777 Willow Glen Drive, was Encinitas-based Rancho San Diego 111 Partners.

The buyer was represented by Sereno Group. The seller was represented by Don Moser of Retail Insite, and Alvin Mansour and Kevin Mansour of the Mansour Group at Marcus & Millichap.

According to CoStar Group, the building was completed earlier this year.
