San Francisco Bay area investor Stephen Rogers has purchased a Carlsbad office and medical building for $8.55 million, according to brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The seller of the 30,318-square-foot property, at 6120 Paseo Del Norte, was Plaza Del Norte Inc. of Encinitas. The buyer and seller were represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Curry and Brooks Campbell.
Brokers said the two-story property was built on 1.63 acres in 1983 and underwent extensive renovations in 2008. At the time of sale, it was approximately 90 percent leased to several office, medical and retail tenants.
