Pathfinder Partners LLC of San Diego has purchased two Arizona apartment properties totaling 300 units for a total of $34.1 million, the company announced.

A statement from Pathfinder Partners said the company acquired the 224-unit Windemere Apartments in Mesa, built in 1986, from Acacia Capital Corp. for $25.6 million. Also purchased was the 76-unit Aria on Mill in Tempe, built in 1988, from Capstone Commercial Properties for $8.5 million.

The transactions followed Pathfinder’s March 2016 acquisition of 90 luxury condominiums in Phoenix for $15 million.

The Mesa deal was brokered by David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis of Cushman and Wakefield. The Tempe transaction was brokered by Steven Gebing and Cliff David of Marcus & Millichap.

Pathfinder Partners is led by founders Mitch Siegler and Lorne Polger, who started the company in 2006. Polger said the company plans renovations at both of the recently acquired properties.
